2 accommodations, 2 nights each

5 days (4 nights) summer glamping experience in the nature of Swedish Lapland, with exclusive accommodation in a forest teepee and on a floating lodge, first-class catering and outdoor program, from/to Luleå

Leave the stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and experience Sweden in an authentic way – in unique accommodations. The Summer Glamping & Floating Camp consists of exclusive retreats in nature: for the first few days, a cozy wooden teepee awaits you in the middle of the forest, and you will spend the second half of your stay at the Floating Lodge, a floating platform with a wooden hut, teepees, and a sauna on the lake.

Feel the power of nature and let yourself drift away. Here you can swim, paddle, fish, and enjoy cozy barbecue evenings by the fire. The perfect place to enjoy the Swedish summer in complete privacy with friends or family.

From early June to mid-July, you can enjoy 24 hours of sunlight at the camp thanks to the midnight sun. During berry season from mid-July to August, every walk in the surrounding forest is worthwhile, and at the end of August, the northern lights usually return.

Time out in Swedish

Day 1 | Flight to Luleå & Camp Check-in

Upon arrival at Luleå Airport, you will be picked up by your guide. The one-hour drive takes you through forests and the natural landscape of the Råne Valley. The final part of your journey marks the beginning of your break in nature: a short boat trip across the lake. At the camp, you will be warmly welcomed with refreshments before checking into your cozy wooden teepee.

Depending on your arrival time, you can jump into the water and try out the water sports equipment such as canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards, or one of the other activities. Your hosts will be happy to accompany you on an excursion or show you the way if you prefer to explore the area on your own. For some relaxation after your trip, enjoy the sauna with a view of the lake.

When evening comes, you will first be served an aperitif in the sunshine, followed by a summer menu from the grill. All dishes are prepared mainly from regional and seasonal products and according to northern Swedish traditions. Spend a cozy evening by the fire, even though it stays light for a very long time. Afterwards, you can look forward to a peaceful night in the forest.

Day 2 | Canoe tour & "Dinner of the Eight Seasons"

The new day begins with a hearty breakfast to fortify you for the day ahead. Afterwards, you will spend the morning exploring the Råne Valley with your canoe guide. The four-hour paddling tour takes you through calm waters and impressive landscapes. There will be a stop on the shore for lunch.

Back at camp, a fika (coffee and cake break) awaits you in the sun. In the afternoon, relax in the sauna and refresh yourself with a dip in the lake. The Arctic waters are ideal for swimming in summer, reaching temperatures of 18-25°C.

A culinary experience for all the senses rounds off the day. At the "eight seasons of Lapland" dinner, you can sample the diverse regional products of northern Sweden. Stories and songs tell you more about the eight seasons.

Day 3 | Hike to Storforsen & change of location

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up and take you on a day trip to Europe's largest waterfall. It is a popular hiking destination for the locals from Norrbotten, as the summers at Storforsen are particularly beautiful. The nature reserve offers countless hiking trails around the waterfall.

Listen to the sound of rushing water and enjoy the view, as well as a light picnic in the sun.

After the tour, you will return to the camp's landing stage, but this time your boat transfer will only take you to the middle of the lake, as the next part of your stay will begin aboard the floating lodge. Your luggage will already be there, so you can enjoy your new location to the fullest right after your day trip.

In the evening, a summer barbecue will be prepared for you while you enjoy a drink in the sun. Spend the long days and evenings by the fire pit before letting the water gently rock you to sleep.

Day 4 | A day by and in the water

Start your day on the floating lodge with breakfast outdoors in the Arctic morning sun. Spend the day gazing out at the lake, exploring the area, and truly relaxing on your private island. Hop in a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard, or simply go for a swim.

In the afternoon, take time for a sauna bath—with a crackling fire and the gentle lapping of the waves. A Swedish-style culinary summer festival rounds off your last day.

Day 5 | Foraging Flavour Walk & Flight Home

After breakfast, check out and spend the last morning learning more about the secrets of the northern forests on a Foraging Flavour Walk. On this four-hour tour through the forest, an experienced guide will show you the native flora. You will learn which plants have a special flavor, are rich in nutrients, or even have healing properties. You can taste some of them right away during lunch in the forest.

Grounded and armed with new knowledge about the local flora, your guide will then take you to Luleå Airport. The program ends at approximately 2:00 p.m. Therefore, please book your return flight for 6:00 p.m. at the earliest.
