MS Stockholm

Micro expedition ship for the Arctic | max. 12 people

MS Stockholm

A classic expedition ship that is appreciated by many

The MS Stockholm is a classic ship that was built in 1953 for the Swedish Maritime Administration. In 1998, the ship was completely refitted and began its career as a comfortable polar passenger ship. It is ice-strengthened and can navigate in pack ice.

The MS Stockholm can accommodate a maximum of 12 passengers in twin cabins with bunk beds. All cabins have their own bathroom and portholes. It is a wonderful example of maritime history with beautiful brass details and wooden decks. It's no wonder that so many people love it!

After 20 years in the waters around Spitsbergen, the MS Stockholm has the experience and expertise to reach hard-to-access locations that are inaccessible to other ships.

On board, you will enjoy delicious meals in the company of like-minded passengers who are all fascinated by Arctic nature, wildlife, and history. The food on board is of high quality, and all drinks are included in the price.

With such a small group on board, it's like traveling on a private yacht.

The crew members aboard the MS Stockholm are also big fans of the unique wildlife and untouched nature. Their curiosity and enthusiasm are prerequisites for such expeditionary voyages.

A voyage aboard the MS Stockholm through the northern waters with their fascinating wildlife and untouched nature is a unique experience!

There are two Zodiacs and two guides on board the MS Stockholm .
