A few words about our trip.
It was a wonderful mix with different impressions from the most diverse regions and changing weather conditions.
Everything worked out, even though many different parties were involved.
As a result, the flight to Iguazú was delayed by several hours, so the program in Iguazú was adjusted accordingly. Your cooperation partner provided support on several occasions.
The German-speaking tour guide Enzo in Iguazu was original and explained everything to us in detail.
In our opinion, Ushuaia, with its wonderful hotel, is definitely worth a visit.
Incidentally, all hotels were selected to our complete satisfaction.
We were impressed by the boat trip on Lago Argentino. The view of the glaciers is beautiful.
Our host Silke at the estancia and her staff took excellent care of us, including with culinary delights.
About the Antarctic voyage that we will never forget. We are left with indelible impressions. It was worth it.
However, the specialty restaurant was only open on certain days, offered buffet service exclusively, and was accessible to everyone, so it was not a privilege.
In my opinion, it only served to relieve the main restaurant, where it was sometimes a little crowded. In our opinion, the quality of the buffet on Deck 8 did not match the quality of the menus in the main restaurant.
In summary: A trip that we will always remember. Very well planned and organized by you and your team.

We have been back home for 10 days now, and the impressions from our cruise to northern Norway on the MS Stockholm are still very much with us. It was a very special and impressive trip with a focus on the Northern Lights and whales, not least because we had the competent and empathetic support of Stephanie Gräf at our side during the planning, preparation, and execution of the trip.
What was so special about it?
First of all, there were only 12 passengers and the same number of crew members, so we practically had the ship to ourselves. We considered it an absolute luxury not to have to deal with crowds, to be able to go anywhere at any time, and to always have someone to talk to in our two guides and the crew members. The ship itself, built in 1953, is a beautifully restored maritime gem with a great atmosphere on board. Our group was very international, the mood was always good, and the encounters were stimulating and informative. We were able to devote ourselves extensively to the main attractions, the Northern Lights and whales, as we were treated to plenty of both during our five days on the ship. Those few days were enough to completely fill our hard drives with impressions.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this trip, and if you want to treat yourself to something special, stay on the Inventia website and Ms. Gräf will tell you everything else you need to know.

It was a truly wonderful experience, and we would like to thank you once again for your excellent advice. Everything was just as you described (including the double Drake shake 😉) and it was the perfect package for us.

We returned from the Antarctic Peninsula at noon today and are still reeling from the intensity of the trip. The Ortelius was exactly the right recommendation with the right presentation for us. The members of the Oceanwide team are absolutely professional, friendly, and compassionate. They show you Antarctica as a matter close to their hearts. With the rapid development of the travel market, this is probably still the most appropriate way to approach this region.
At the same time, it was fascinating to see how this tourism presents itself today: half of the participants were young Chinese, numerous overweight Americans, no British, no Germans except us, no French, but quite a few Dutch. Thirty-nine of the Chinese came through a single Asian travel agency, which arranged special conditions for the booking. Oceanwide takes this into account with Chinese tour guides and a big Chinese New Year party, but remains true to its ideals and unambiguously demands this from the Chinese partygoers. There were also some very friendly and open Chinese people there! The European guides are all really nice guys and take the time to deepen the subject from all sides with their experiences in personal conversations.
That's our initial feedback... perhaps we should give each other a call in the next few days to round things off... Many thanks and best regards

Now everyday life has caught up with us again, but in my heart I am still in Finland/Lapland!
It was an incredibly beautiful trip with many impressions!
We got to marvel at the Northern Lights twice! Simply amazing. They were so intense that we could see them with our own eyes.
We really enjoyed the excursions we booked! The only one we skipped was the snowshoe hike. We were too tired from the snowmobile tour. We went snowshoeing privately for an hour.
Instead of the snowshoe tour, we were able to go on a reindeer sleigh ride on Monday. It was a wonderful farewell experience before heading to the airport.
The return flight went well, unlike the outbound flight.
We really liked the resort. The buffet was a little disappointing on the first two evenings.
Afterwards, however, things improved and we were satisfied.
The weather was great and not too cold, so we were able to go on all the excursions.
That was a great adventure!
We marveled at this special light! Like a fire in the sky. Incredibly impressive!

Since we were unable to head for the South Orkney Islands due to pack ice, we stayed longer in the Weddell Sea. The weather, except for three days, had been kind to us.

Today I have time to share a few impressions with you.
First of all: the trip was fantastic!!!
She was just as promised.
Everything worked out perfectly... The organization and planning went smoothly. We wanted for nothing... The suite lived up to its promise, the food was great and, above all, very plentiful. There was always something available. The staff were very friendly and enjoyed their work. The planned excursions were wonderful... There was always an activity combined with a campfire and a snack... and a chance to chat with other guests.
Each tour had something special to offer and was very well planned. It was also very good and necessary that we were provided with appropriate thermal clothing... at -30 degrees. 🙂 So everything was great!
And the real highlight was the Northern Lights. We could see them every evening/night... outside and from our bed. Simply breathtakingly beautiful.
I would like to thank you once again. Everything went very well and the surprise for my boyfriend's birthday was a huge success. 🙂

Hello Ms. Gräf,
We returned yesterday. Scenic Eclipse is fantastic. With only 130 passengers, we had the crew's undivided attention. Everything was just right. I don't know if you saw my status on WhatsApp, but the flood of impressions was enormous. At first, we were a little worried that we would be among the moneybags at this "travel price," but that wasn't the case at all. On the contrary, with our previous travel experiences and destinations, we were above average. Some things from the Anglo-Saxon world took some getting used to, especially the constant "squeaky, high-pitched" use of superlatives when expressing enthusiasm, which we found rather amusing.
I could go on and on praising everything, but then this wouldn't be a short email. The perfection down to the smallest detail is incredible. It's kind of crazy to dine in the best restaurant in Antarctica while icebergs float by and penguins climb on them. Or to enjoy champagne on the Zodiac surrounded by humpback whales.
Incidentally, on the flight to Ushuaia, we sat next to your other bookers, Mr. and Mrs. Kessel. We had many fun hours together, not only at the bar, but also on the Zodiac tours. It's just more fun to gossip about Anglo-Saxon customs together.
The only downside, but not a significant one, was Iberia. The best thing we could say about their service was that they didn't disturb us on the flight. That was our answer when we were asked about it. But Lufthansa wasn't great either, as other German guests reported. Buenos Aires was excellent. We saw the highlights by hop-on hop-off bus and on foot and enjoyed great steaks at incredibly low prices thanks to inflation.

We had a trip planned and booked with Stephanie Gräf / Inventia for the first time based on a recommendation. I was impressed by Ms. Gräf's customer focus. I was able to talk to her on the phone at different times of the day, and she always responded to my requests. Particularly noteworthy was when she changed a ferry reservation for us on site in Vancouver at 11:30 p.m. German time.
All I can say about the trip is that your recommendations exceeded our expectations.

Hi, dear Stephanie, the week was really great! I think we had exactly the right hotel, the room was great, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were fantastic, and the casino was really interesting, modern, and not as dusty and overloaded as some others we've seen in hotels. We really liked the Bellagio and would book it again anytime. The excursions were also just right and the type was perfect. The sightseeing on the second day, after we had already looked around a bit on our own, gave us a good overview. The helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon was indescribably beautiful, and driving right up to the Hoover Dam in an SUV two days later and seeing it from below, after we had already flown over it, was absolutely fun and very impressive. And last but not least, we had a lot of fun shooting pistols and submachine guns. It was short, but for those who, like my son, had never shot real weapons before, it was definitely a lasting experience. What we would have liked to do, but couldn't get tickets for on site, was to see a show, e.g., at Cirque du Soleil. They advertised everywhere, and there is also a show several times a week at the Bellagio, but it is sold out at least a week in advance. So I would book something like that in advance if I were to fly there again. The only consideration was that the last day wasn't really necessary, so we just spent it by the pool, eating and reading/chatting, but since the weather is always nice in the city and there's nothing pulling you back ;-) you can easily add on another day or two. For both of us, the return flight on Monday would have been fine, since we had the whole day there the week before due to the time difference. But in the end, we were just totally relaxed when we got back to Frankfurt. Best regards,

Dear Stephanie, We just analyzed customer satisfaction for our XX event in Dubrovnik from June 10 to 13 and found that the average rating for the event was 1.25 on a scale of 1 to 5. This is the highest score we have ever achieved. The customers especially liked the hotel selection, but also the activities and restaurant choices you made. Even our management team gave us the feedback that this was the best event we have ever planned in the five years we have been doing the annual XX event. We arrived back home safely last night! It was a wonderful trip with great experiences and pictures. Bergen is an enchanting city and we are thrilled with it. It is in a fantastic location and is simply beautiful. As is surely important to you, all your information was correct and we got through all the little hurdles without any problems. At Bergen Airport, you need to be aware that there is construction work going on and the Hurtigruten bus stop is about 100 meters from the exit. No one will come to meet you, so you have to go to the bus stop and wait...that's what happened to us... When we left the hotel in Bergen, a bus driver came with a sign and picked us up!
