You can rent the villa from us for 3 or 5 nights.

Price for the sample program: 3 nights: approx. €4,625.00

Day 1:

Morning: Upon request, we can arrange for you to be flown from Sydney CBD to the villa by seaplane. (Additional charge)

2 p.m.:

Your personal concierge will welcome you at the quay and take you to the floating villa by skipper tender. Enjoy your first glass of champagne and tasting plate upon arrival.

4 p.m.:

Pamper yourself with an afternoon massage on the terrace of your floating villa. Couples massages are also available.

7 p.m.:

Your personal chef will prepare a gourmet barbecue just for you, with a wide selection of side dishes, salads, and desserts. The villa has its own wine cellar with a well-stocked selection of Veuve Clicquot and LAS VINO wines.

8 p.m.:

Relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves, watch your favorite series on Netflix, or enjoy another bottle of wine on your terrace.

Day 2:

8 a.m.:

Enjoy your continental breakfast on board.

9 a.m.:

Take a stroll to Barrenjoey Lighthouse with its sweeping views of Pittwater.

11 a.m.:

Discover the coastline of Sanppermam Beach on your SUP boards

1:00 p.m.:

Visit one of the many local restaurants for lunch.

3 p.m.

Take your own motorboat to Portuguese Beach for an afternoon picnic with champagne and a delicious snack. 

6 p.m.:

Dinner at Barrenjoey Restaurant.

Day 3:

Repeat Day 2, chill out endlessly on the deck of your houseboat villa, go on excursions, go swimming.

Day 4:

Check out after breakfast

Check-in: 2 p.m., check-out: 11 a.m.

• Selection for lunch and dinner from an external chef who prepares seasonal menus.
• Alternatively, you can add dinner for two at the legendary Barrenjoey House with private boat transfer to your booking. (If this option is selected, a casual lunch from The Boat House Palm Beach and a tasting platter will be provided on board.)
