MS Meander
On a micro-expedition through northern Norwegian waters and Spitsbergen
This two-masted ship is one of the most special ships at sea. Due to its shape and length, the MS Meander moves extremely smoothly across the water. The easy handling of the sails and the good sailing characteristics make it easy and active to sail along, even without sailing experience.
The deckhouse features a cozy saloon with a separate kitchen and views of the surrounding area. Below deck are the cabins, each with a washbasin. There are also two separate showers and three separate toilets.
Meals are served in the saloon. This is where everyone meets in the afternoon for a cup of coffee or tea and a slice of freshly baked cake. In the evenings, our guides give fascinating talks. The wheelhouse is the heart of the ship, housing all the equipment needed to sail safely across the oceans. It is a wonderful place to spend time, steer, seek shelter, or take part in the watch.
