Lapland experience with private sauna

You will stay in one of our popular Aurora Suites with a heated glass roof, private sauna, and spectacular panoramic views of the northern sky.

Even ice or heavy snowfall won't spoil your view. The panoramic glass ceiling is laser-heated, ensuring a clear view at all times.

In your suite, you will find one bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling wine and one bottle of mineral water per stay. The tap water is very good drinking water. A Nespresso machine and a kettle are available for tea and coffee (4 coffee capsules and 5 tea bags per day).

The cabins have bathrooms with showers and 4G broadband Wi-Fi.

Each chalet can accommodate up to 5 people when using three extra beds.

With your Aurora Alert activation code, which you can obtain at reception (for a fee), you will be notified about the Northern Lights.

You will receive the times for the activities when you check in at reception.

Day 1: Individual arrival

Please do not book your flights until you have received our travel confirmation. We will inform you of the airport in Lapland in your travel documents.

Please provide us with your flight details (flight route, flight number, flight times) immediately (at least 2 months before arrival) so that we can organize your airport transfer.

Days 2–4: Lapland winter fun

In the morning, fortify yourself with the extensive breakfast buffet.

Your Arctic activities will then begin over the coming days. 

You will receive the days and times at check-in.

Day 5: Individual departure

After a final breakfast, it's sadly time to head back home.

You will receive the departure time for your transfer to the airport at the reception desk.

We will review your binding travel request as quickly as possible. Please be sure to book your flights only AFTER receiving our travel confirmation.

Payment terms deviating from the ARB:
– 30% deposit upon booking,
– 70% up to 60 days prior to departure
– payment by bank transfer
– credit card plus 2% discount

Cancellation fees:
– 50% up to 60 days before departure
– 100% thereafter
