How are the excursions organized?

You will receive the times for the activities when you check in at reception. Day 1: Individual arrival Please do not book your flights until you have received our travel confirmation. We will inform you of the airport in Lapland in your travel documents. Please provide us with your flight details (flight route, flight number, flight times) immediately (at least 2 months before arrival) so that we can organize your airport transfer. Will you be able to see your first northern lights in the sky today? Days 2–5: Lapland winter fun In the morning, enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet. Then your Arctic activities will begin, spread out over the coming days. You will receive the dates and times at check-in. Day 4: Individual departure After a final breakfast, it's time to head home. You will receive the departure time for your transfer to the airport at the reception desk.
