What are our accommodations like?

How are the excursions organized?

You will receive the times for the activities when you check in at reception.

Day 1: Individual Travel Please do not book your flights until you have received our travel confirmation. We’ll let you know which airport in Lapland to use in your travel documents. Please provide us with your flight details (route, flight number, departure and arrival times) as soon as possible (no later than 2 months before arrival) so we can arrange your airport transfer. Who knows—maybe you’ll even catch your first glimpse of the Northern Lights in the sky today?

Days 2–4: Lapland Winter Fun In the morning, enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet. Afterward, your Arctic activities will begin, spread out over the coming days. You will receive the specific dates and times at check-in.

Day 5: Individual Departure After one last breakfast, it’s unfortunately time to head home. You can pick up the departure time for your airport transfer at the front desk.
