The location is unique: situated between Lapland and Lakeland in a small village, this beautiful high-end villa is the only sign of civilization within a radius of 40 to 60 km. 100% privacy guaranteed!

Endless forests and hundreds of lakes surround the beautiful white villa, which glistens in the winter snow and contrasts beautifully with the lush green of the surrounding garden in summer.

The villa can accommodate 8 people (max. 6 adults and 2 children) in 3 double rooms.

Spend your days hiking, fishing, canoeing, paddleboarding, or relaxing in a deck chair.

The villa's attentive hosts are at your disposal: they will assist you in organizing excursions and activities or accompany you on tours. They will also pick you up from the airport if you wish. They are there for you as you wish, and if you prefer, they will leave you to your own devices.

A sumptuous breakfast is included in the price and will be served in your villa in the morning.

On request, your personal chef will prepare a high-quality dinner using regional ingredients (extra charge), or you can visit a restaurant in the nearby charming village. In the villa's cellar, you will find a selection of excellent wines.

In winter:

Winter begins around October, when temperatures slowly drop below 0 degrees Celsius. In December, nighttime temperatures can even drop to -30°C. The coldest period is around the end of January/beginning of February, with temperatures reaching -40°C. The days are very short: it gets light late in the morning and dark again in the early afternoon.

Spring slowly begins in March and April, when the days become a little brighter and longer again.

It can snow repeatedly in winter. The snow can be up to half a meter (sometimes) a meter deep.

Recommendation: Brown bear safari

In April, when the region is still covered in a blanket of snow, the first bears wake up from hibernation and leave their dens. This marks the start of bear-watching season. We have partnered with the only five comfortable hideouts

Every season, around 20–30 bears visit the area around our cabins. In summer, during midsummer night, you can observe the bears around the clock. In winter, night vision goggles are available for your use.

We offer separate programs for photographers.

The probability of seeing bears is approximately 90–99%, depending on the season. On some evenings, you may see several bears just a few meters away from your cabin.

Be patient! Bears are wild animals and move freely in their natural habitat. This is not a zoo. Sometimes one night is enough to see bears. In general, we recommend three nights to be on the safe side.

Every month has its own charm: from bears in the snow in April to mating season and cotton grass, full moon nights and autumn colors, each month offers a new setting.

The Ursus arctos is Finland's national animal. It is the largest carnivorous animal in Europe. Male bears can weigh up to 300 kg.

In addition to brown bears, you can also observe packs of wolves and wolverines here.
