Since 2019: We are now also a tour operator in our own right, with all the rights and obligations under German travel law.

For trips where inventia is the tour operator, you will receive a security certificate as a guarantee for your payment. This shows that we stand fully behind our trips. We are making ourselves (and above all our customers!) even more independent from the whims of the "big" German tour operators. You are guaranteed a trip that reflects the values of inventia.

Not to any airline, hotel, other tour operator, or travel agency. Only to you, our customers.

Independence.

We do not have any restrictive contracts (i.e., contracts with minimum sales requirements) with other tour operators or service providers that could cause a conflict of interest between our customers and suppliers. Remember: we are only committed to our customers.

Our service does not end after booking. We are also available for rebookings and changes while you are traveling. This pays off for you, especially if there is a flight change or if things don't go smoothly, whether due to health issues, nature, or other people acting crazy. You always have a buddy here in Germany who you can easily reach via WhatsApp, text message, phone, email, or Skype. You won't be stuck in expensive call center queues like countless other travelers with airlines, travel portals, or large tour operators.

Fair pricing policy.

We want you to feel financially secure with us. We make sure of that. Our prices are calculated sensibly and reflect the value of your trip perfectly. You will often receive more than you booked for on site. Our trips are unique and not off the shelf, which is why our service cannot be compared to other tour operators. If something does not go quite as you and we had imagined, we will respond appropriately and accommodatingly.

No fixed opening hours.

Our customers are high achievers in our society and therefore heavily involved in their companies, jobs, families, projects, and hobbies. With us, you don't have to adhere to rigid opening hours. We can also discuss your trip in the evening or on weekends. And you don't have to make your way to my office to do so. We can talk on the phone, Skype, Zoom, or choose any other method. For face-to-face meetings, we arrange a fixed appointment in advance (that fits your schedule!) at our office in the Ruhrturm in Essen.
