You can't get any more secluded than this. In this private wilderness chalet far north of the Arctic Circle in Finnish Lapland, you'll be far away from the crowds and guaranteed to be among yourselves.
The lodge consists of two wings with a total of 10 bedrooms. You can either charter the entire lodge or one wing at a time, with the wings equipped with six and four bedrooms respectively.
The rooms and lounges are furnished in Scandinavian chic style: high-quality materials and natural colors, with cozy warmth streaming from the fireplaces. An Arctic health cure for the mind and senses. You become one with nature, yet still have access to the most exclusive comforts.

Janne, the owner, makes no compromises when it comes to service and knows exactly what he is doing: the excellent offerings range from a private 5-star chef and a personal butler to a private fitness room, a sauna, and an outdoor whirlpool. It's no surprise that you often share the lodge with royalty and celebrities.
The 300-hectare private wilderness area offers ideal conditions for winter activities with your own wilderness guide in the pure nature of Lapland: viewing the Northern Lights, husky sled rides, ice bathing, ice skating on one of the many lakes, ice fishing, snowmobiling.
A private audience with Santa Claus is also planned.
The lodge is usually booked up two years in advance. Please plan your stay with us well in advance.

Your lodge
5-star Octola Lodge
The lodge is designed in the style of Lappish and Sami tradition and was created by a Sami architect who understood the philosophy of "new luxury." Octola's shape is modeled after traditional Lappish "laavu" buildings, which in the past provided shelter for people who led a nomadic lifestyle. Accommodation in a wooden chalet guarantees you an authentic stay in the Arctic.
The luxury lodge consists of a single, self-contained building with 10 rooms or suites, each with a bedroom measuring 22–48 square meters and en-suite bathroom.
You have the option of renting the entire chalet for your family or friends, or just one wing, i.e. 4 or 6 of the suites. In the center of the lodge is a communal area comprising the lounge, dining area, and other amenities.

Your meal will be prepared and served by a private 5-star chef.
Octola in Lapland has the cleanest air and water. You will be served the freshest food at your leisure. All ingredients are 100 percent fresh and organic. They consist mainly of game, wild plants, berries, mushrooms, and fish, and come directly from local producers. There is even a herb farm nearby where some herbs are picked.

Despite its remote location, the luxurious five-star Octola Lodge is only 20 minutes from Rovaniemi International Airport. The direct flight time from any of the major Northern European cities is approximately 3 hours. A private helipad is available.
