NEW ADULTS-ONLY LODGE IN THE HEART OF LAPLAND

Saariselkä - Finnish Lapland

Best time for aurora borealis*: October to March

Adults only

The Kelo Boutique Lodge is located on the edge of Urho Kekkonen National Park, in a quiet location in Saariselkä. Built from traditional Kelo logs, the lodge will open its doors in November 2025, combining the authenticity of the north with the cozy atmosphere of a boutique hotel. Twelve rooms, two suites, and one Kelo Signature Suite offer up to 30 guests a space for rest and retreat. Inside, natural materials, soft lighting, and warm colors create a balance between simplicity and comfort.

The lodge features a Finnish sauna, a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and a restaurant that interprets regional ingredients with Nordic flair. Outside, the vastness of Lapland begins—snow-covered forests, clear air, and, with a little luck, the glowing spectacle of the Northern Lights.

Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a group wanting to enjoy an exclusive private lodge experience, every stay feels personal and carefully curated.

Best time for auroras: October to March

*Northern lights are a natural phenomenon! We cannot guarantee sightings.
