The sauna has a long history in Finnish culture and is an important part of the Finnish way of life. Enjoy some time out in the electric sauna, which is located in an old smoke sauna building not far from the river. After your sauna session, you can take a refreshing dip in the river. The contrast between the soothing warmth of the sauna and the cool, clear water will re-energize your body and mind.

Rental day with snowmobile (5 hours)

Is there a better way to spend your day than being outdoors and learning more about local culture and history? After a briefing on snowmobile operation and important safety instructions, we set off on a leisurely day trip filled with encounters with reindeer and breathtaking landscapes.

Your guide will tell you more about Sámi culture and life in the north. You will feed the reindeer—these curious animals may even eat out of your hand. Lunch will be served during the day.

Then you will learn how to use the traditional lasso.

Husky Safari (3 hours)

A husky safari is an absolute must-do when visiting Lapland! This adventure takes you through breathtaking lake and forest landscapes. Before setting off, you will learn how to steer the sled correctly and handle the huskies.

Feel the excitement of the dogs as they get ready to start, then enjoy the peaceful silence as they pull your sled through the beautiful winter landscape. Each sled is designed for two guests—one person stands on the sled as the musher, while the other sits in the sled.

Halfway through, you switch positions so that both of you can enjoy the exciting experience of mushing.

Ice fishing with a snowmobile sled (4 hours)

Spend a day learning more about life in northern Lapland while enjoying a sleigh ride behind a snowmobile to the best ice fishing spots. A guide will show you how to drill holes in the ice, and then you can see who can catch the most fish.

If you're lucky, you can even cook your catch over an open fire! For a well-deserved break, there's lunch, which adds a special touch to this exciting day.

E-fatbike tour (hours)

Discover Finland's trails and forests in an environmentally friendly way! Together, we will explore the bike paths that lead into the beautiful nature of Northern Lapland. A light snack and hot drinks will be provided, giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Visit from Santa Claus (20–40 minutes)

After a short walk to Santa's secret hideaway, you will have the opportunity to meet him and have a nice chat with him. He will give everyone small gifts. To make the experience even more special, we recommend that families bring letters to Santa Claus (please hand these in confidentially at our reception desk at least one day in advance). This will allow Santa to read the letters in advance and add a personal touch to the magical moment with the children.

Ready for an exciting adventure? Join us on an Aurora road trip to chase the Northern Lights! This is one of our most popular Northern Lights viewing activities. We set out in search of the auroras and, weather permitting, drive to our favorite camping spots. If the sky is not clear, we drive further afield to find the best viewing conditions. During the tour, our guide serves hot drinks and snacks. This relaxed tour is suitable for everyone.

River sauna & ice bathing (1 hour)

Your private retreat by the river! Discover pure relaxation with our exclusive sauna experience, where tranquility meets the beauty of Lapland's nature. This electric sauna, reserved exclusively for you for one hour, is located directly on the riverbank and was built in an old smoke sauna building. Here you can relax completely on your own.

After your sauna session, take a dip in the refreshing ice hole in the river. The contrast between the soothing warmth of the sauna and the icy water is invigorating and leaves you feeling refreshed—both physically and mentally.
