Arrival:We will organize flightsto/from Ivalo and transfer to the Kaisus Private Lodge for you.
Travel program: We have lots of ideas for additional highlights to upgrade your entire trip.
Entry requirements: German citizens only need an identity card to enter Finland. Further information on entry requirements and the latest security advice can be found at the Federal Foreign Office.
Insurance: We recommend taking out good travel cancellation insurance and international health insurance from a specialist provider.

Upon entering Kaisu's private lodge, you will be welcomed into an inviting entrance and lobby area, which serves as the prelude to a spacious and comfortable living area. The expansive dining area with a large dining table for 14 people and a practical serving table invites you to enjoy meals together and convivial evenings. Adjacent to this is the cozy living area with two large sofas, armchairs, and chairs, an atmospheric fireplace, and a small projector with screen —perfect for movie nights or presentations.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and sufficient dishes are available for culinary experiences.
The lodge has a total of five double rooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find a spacious junior suite and another comfortable double room – ideal for rest and relaxation after an eventful day.

Treat yourself to the feel-good factor of two saunas, a true Finnish treasure, which gently warm and cleanse you and allow your body and mind to relax deeply. You can enjoy the soothing tranquility in the cozy relaxation room. This allows you to recharge your batteries for wonderful nights and unforgettable experiences.

The lodge is picturesquely located in Finnish Lapland, right next to Urho Kekkonen National Park in Saariselkä – a paradise for nature lovers and active vacationers. Just 250 km north of the Arctic Circle and 40 km south of Lake Inari, you can experience untouched wilderness and the magic of the north here.
Thanks to its proximity to Ivalo Airport, you can reach the accommodation in just 20 minutes by car. The center of Saariselkä, with its restaurants, shops, and bars, is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk.
From Kaisu's private lodge, it's only a 20-minute walk to the summit of Kaunispää Fell, where you can enjoy breathtaking views. The ski lifts and Aurora toboggan run are just 2 km away, and the nearest cross-country ski trail starts practically on your doorstep, just 200 m away.
